My Review

I have to say this was very thought-provoking and a "soul tie" was such an interesting way of explaining the way we effect and are effected by others in our souls. While I didn't agree with everything, there was a lot of raw, honest truth and just stuff that needed to be said that most just won't say to you when you need to hear it. It may seem harsh or even like victimizing a victim, but it was encouraging to buck up in the Lord's healing and strength and end the cycle of allowing toxic soul ties to control our life very literally. It showed personal responsibility that needs to be taken in these situations. Topics were covered on different types of control others use in our lives, what a good soul tie looks like, where our priorities should be, how past abuse or experiences effect us in the present, and so much more. Like I said, it was a painful, yet healing read that was just something that needed to be said. I appreciate the author's honesty, Biblical application, and just reality in this book.
