Have you ever wondered why the wise men brought frankincense and myrrh for the baby Jesus? Teri has written this book to share the mystery, the romance, and the ageless intrigue of essential oils. She hopes you experience the Father’s love as He continually lavishes His children with these exquisite oils and you feel this rich, biblical history come alive in your spirit. Teri wants you to see how miraculous your body is and how it’s designed to heal itself when given proper nourishment and support.
Essential Oils: God’s Extravagant Provision for Your Health offers practical how-to’s that you can use immediately, including the use of oils for romance, balancing hormones, cooking, cleaning, pets, children, and fragrance, as well as health concerns such as stress, negative emotions, trouble sleeping, weight gain, and anxiety. My Review

If you were ever interested in Essential Oils, this book is for you! A lot of essential oils were used in Bible times, which the author goes into with Scripture, so this book is certainly a worthwhile read. The book is very practical and also goes into oils for the support of all your body systems, recipes on how to cook with oils, and more. The author takes Biblical accounts that mention oils available to us today, and how they were used and how they are beneficial for us today as well. The book isn't overly long, and it serves as a great reference to refer back to. As one who uses essential oils, a few disclaimers here for newbies: research the company you get essential oils from. There are probably up to 5 or 6 companies that produce pure, therapeutic grade oils. These are the ones that are going to accomplish what you're looking for in the book. Also, don't ever ingest essential oils without some professional guidance. This can be really risky without some supervision. Really, try to connect with someone who has some training in this field because oils can be very individual- what works for someone else may not work for you, and just like medicine, caution is best. Also, use extreme caution when using on children, or with pets, even when just diffusing. Anyway, this book is great for anyone looking to dive into the world of essential oils and have a handy guide.

I received a complimentary copy of this book, and all opinions given are entirely my own.
